论社会主义市场经济条件下资本存在的客观和功能

On the Objectivity and Functions or Capital Existence under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy

文章认为，社会主义市场经济条件下资本的存在有其客观必然性。并从资本的历史继承性和社会主义市场经济条件下资本存在的前提等方面论述了这一问题。然后，作者论述了社会主义市场经济条件下资本功能的二重性，即从积极意义上说，资本具有十大功能；从消极意义上说，资本具有一定的局限性。因此，我们在实践中要扬长避短，趋利避害。

This paper aims at proposing the inevitability of capital existence by analyzing historical inheritance of capital and prerequisite of capital under the condition of socialist market economy.Then the author describes that the functions of capital under the condition of socialist market economy are twofold,which implies positive as well as negative meanings.To a positive degree,capital has ten functions,while to a negative degree,it has some limitations.As a result,we should take advantages of capital;and try to avoid its disadvantages of capital.
