用系统科学的观点分析,高职专业建设纵向可分为三个层次:理论层面、设计层面、操作实施层面。操作实施层面从横向又可分专业建设核心体系、保障体系、评价反馈体系三个子系统。高职专业建设是一项系统工程,必须从全方位、多维的角度展开,只有专业建设的各要素整体优化,才能达到综合的、整体的效益。

According to the systemic and seientiiie viewpoints, the construction for The Altitude Vocational Education should be analyzed in three aspects： theory-based; design-based; and operation-based. The operation-based also can be analyzed in three detail aspects： kernel system of professional construction; guarantee system; estimate and feedback system. The construction for The Altitude Vocational Education is a systemic project, and should be carried out in all-round angles and directions. Only by optimizing the whole system or all of the elements for The Altitude Vocational Education can it get the integrated and unitary benefit.
