The Electronic BaLlast is a kind of electronic equipments unitizing the ignoring and current limiting. This paper advises to establish a mathematical model which not adding to the power-factor compensation for the Gas Discharge Lamp and series voltage resonance for the Electronic Ballast of the fluorescent lamp. We also should take protective measures for the volt power bright spots that produced by the series voltage resenance and the higher harmonic produced by the Electronic Ballast.
