Constructing our party＇s advancement is a great project we face in the new century. When we are striding forward to comprehensive well-off society,consolidating party＇s ruling status requires strengthening the fighting efficiency of all levels of party organizations. Only by further consolidating party＇s own foundation, unceasingly strengthening the party member＇s party spirit, establishing persistent operating mechanism,practically displaying party＇s function,can we complete the historical mission of the Marxism Political Party which was entrusted by human society.
