摘要
随着社会的日趋发展,法律的日渐完善,实体法与程序法的正确定位日显必要。合理区分实体法和程序法两对范畴,分析他们的价值关系,廓清当前的一些错误认识,促进我国的法治建设。
With the development of the society and the perfection of laws, it is becoming more and more important to determine the status of the procedural law and the substantial law .The article start with discriminating procedure and substantial law, and then analysising the value relationship of them from two categories, sweeping away some wrong ideas in present for the legal system in China.
