衡阳师范学院大学生体质状况的调查分析

Analysis of colleges students's physical quality in Hengyang Normal university

本文通过对我院2003级、2004级学生体质测试数据与全国大学生体质数据两两对比进行分析。发现通过一年体育课学习的2003级学生体质较刚进校的2004级学生好,与全国大学生相对应各项指标比较,我院学生体质水平有待提高,我院学生应进一步加强体育锻炼,提高我院学生体质健康标准。

This artical makes a statiscal analysis of colleges students＇s physical quality test between the students of class 2003 and 2004 in Hengyang Normal University and the college students in China. It shows that the students＇ physical quality in class 2003 are better than that of in 2004. However, compared with the average students＇ phisical quality, the students＇ physical quality in Hengyang Normal University should be improved. Consequently, the students in Hengyang Normal University should make a further effort to take more exercises and improve their healthy standards.
