摘要
高等教育发展的关键在于高校人力资源的开发与管理,教师队伍是其中的核心资源。高校教师职业与教育经历的特殊性决定了他们的需要有着与一般人不同的特点,其中最主要的特点是重视人格独立和自由。因此,高校教师人力资源管理的根本在于人格化管理。本文阐述了高校教师人格化人力资源管理的内涵和必要性,分析了高校教师人格化人力资源管理的方法和途径:新型组织的创建、激励措施的完善、信息沟通的有效、校园文化的构建。
The key to the development of high education lies in the development and management of the university human resources, and the teaching body is the key resource among them. The particularity of university teachers' job and their educating experience determines their needing with different characteristics from common people, among which the main characteristic is paying attention to the independence of personality and freedom. So, the primarily of human resources management of university teachers lies in the personification management. This paper has explained the intension and necessity of personification of human resources management of university teachers, and has analyzed the method and the way of personification of human resources management: the establishment of new-type organization, the perfection of the incentive measures, the effective of information communication, the construction of campus culture.
