摘要
阐述了一种对三维漫反射体表面进行相位测量的技术.通过计算模似,发现该技术具有的相位还原算法非常简单,数据处理速度比傅立叶变换等方法快很多,且仍然保持着和这些技术相应的相位测量精度.同时,还对漫反射表面反射率变化的情况作了模拟.
The paper presents a technique which measures 3- D diffuse object surface phase measurement. By computer simulation,it has been found that the technique possesses the properties of simple algorithm phase reduction. The speed of data process is highly faster than that of Fourier methord The technique keeps the same phase measurement accuracy as that of the other techniques. We analyse the influence of the reflectivity variation of the measured object's surface.
