摘要
中国公安民警的心理健康水平从总体上来说，有相当一部分人处于亚健康状态，这种状况与我国社会对警察提出的要求是不相适宜的。本文试图从对目前警察心理健康状况及其原因的分析，探讨能帮助他们走出心理困境的对策。
As far as the level of mental health of Chinese policemen is concerned, numerous policemen have been in certain sub-health state, which is unsuitable for requirements towards policemen putting forward by our society. The article attempts to seek relative countermeasures so as to help them to step out of mental dilemma by the analysis of both the condition and the cause of present policemen mental health.
