The University school paper is a part of the Communist Party＇s newspaper facilities as well as an important front porch of universities＇ political and ideological works. All the problems have made it a high time for the University school paper to upgrade itself by locating on the right position, perfecting its organization, increasing the input, improving the conditions of its running, shortening the publish cycle, strengthening its effectiveness, reinforcing the personnel resources, developing its readability.
