应用EXCEL编制和管理一个项目的数据表格,可以对项目的投资额、生产成本和收入等原始数据进行灵活修改,自动计算出项目财务分析的动态指标,如净现值、内部报酬率、效益成本比和净效益投资比等,且进行项目的敏感性分析也很方便。

This paper introduces EXCEL as a tool for management of an agricultural project. It can flexibly adjust the input original data, which include capital investment, product cost, and income etc. This program can automatically output the dynamic financial index of the project, such as net present value （NPV）, internal rate of return （IRR）, the cost-benefit rate and the invest-benefit rate, etc. This program can also make a sensitivity analyses easily.
