高职教育在产学结合中还存在师资不足、校企利益冲突、人才培养模式不合理、运行机制效率低及缺乏政府支持等问题。高职院校要在竞争中求生存、求发展,就必须以培养学生的能力为主线,以质量为核心,走产学“整合—互动”型的人才培养之路,培养高质量的应用型人才。

The problems such as the insufficiency of teachers and funds, the conflict of interest between the college and the enterprise, the irrationality of talents-cultivating patterns, the inefficiency of functioning meehanism, and the lack of governmental support, are still existing in the combination of production and teaching of higher professional education. If a professional college wants to survive and develop in the critical competition, it should try to cultivate the students＇ abilities, revolve around quality, cultivating ＂integration-interaction ＂ talents and high-quality talents.
