摘要
利用初等方法得到了立方幂补数S(n)倒数的1／2次均值的渐近公式,进一步解决文献[1]提出的第28个问题,补充了文献[2-6]的有关结论。
Using the elementary methods gives an asymptotic formula about the 1/2 power mean value of reciprocal for the cubic complements S （n）. And solves the 28-th problem generated by professor F. Smarandache in[ 1 ], and supplement related conclusions in [ 2-6 ].
