摘要
针对目前企业并购中大量存在溢价支付的现状,该文在分析协同效应含义、产生条件及其与并购价格关系的基础上,提出了获取协同效应的并购定价策略。
The paper, according to the status of price overflow payment existing abundantly during the merge of enterprises, expounds the merging price strategy of obtaining synergy effect, on the bases of analyzing the meaning of synergy effect, emerging conditions, and the relation with the merging price.
