Discussion on Development of Snubbing Operation Technique

不压井作业技术是解决低压油井由于作业过程井漏造成产量恢复周期长的有效工艺。吐哈油田先前重点攻关解决了杆式泵抽油井不压井作业和自喷井转抽的不压井作业问题。针对管式泵不压井作业、气井不压井作业、水井带压不压井作业技术等问题,提出了针对低压油层的系列的不压井作业技术工艺思路和对策,阐述了吐哈油田不压井作业技术的存在问题和技术发展方向。

Snubbing operation technique is an effective technology for low pressure oil well to solve long cycle period of production recovery caused by lost circulation during operation. Tuba oilfield previously tackled snubbing operation of well with rod pump and fulcrum of flowing well. As for snubbing operation techniques of tubing pump and gas well as well as water well with pressure and so on, technology strategies on series of snubbing operation of low pressure oil formation are raised, existing problems and technique development target of snubbing technique in Tuha oilfield are presented.
