公众对转基因食品的了解和接受程度——对昆明市消费者的调查与分析

The Public Understanding and Acceptance of Genetically Modified Food —The Survey and Analysis of Consumers in Kunming

转基因食品问世已近13年,但消费者对其的态度却不尽相同。本文在问卷调查的基础上,就消费者对转基因食品的了解和接受程度进行了分析,并以此为据,对我国今后如何加强转基因食品的管理和宣传提出建议。

The genetically modified （GM） food has been born for nearly 13 years, but consumers＇ attitudes toward GM food vary from one to another. On the basis of the questionnaires, the paper analyses the consumers＇ understanding and acceptance of the GM food and puts forward some suggestions as to how to enhance the management and publicity of the GM food.
