20世纪80年代,后现代管理思潮为什么会在美国勃然而兴?给出一个适当的回答,有助于理解和学习后现代管理理论。本文从人文理念、科学技术和管理的经验事实三个方面作了深入地分析。
Why did the thought of postmodem management spring up in USA in the 1980s? An answer to the question helps our understanding and study of the theory of postrnodem management. In this paper, a profound analysis is made from the perspectives of humane thought, science and technology and the management experiences.
