The paper explores the necessity and essentiality of the editorial department in borrowing learning- oriented organization management theory. And it stuns up the basic features of learning - oriented editorial depaament of academic journals in terms of the common wish, the role of chief editor, innovative team learning, self- management mechanism and open system.
