摘要
自开商埠是清政府为杜绝外人觊觎,保全主权而开辟的一些口岸。在当时的历史条件下,自开商埠虽然无法扭转时局,但它对中国的民族经济和社会发展确实产生了积极的效果。自开商埠之一的武昌,对当地经济的发展也产生了不可低估的作用。
In order to avoid being occupied by the western invaders, the commercial port is opened in Wuhang by Qing government,which had produced the positive influence at that time although it couldn＇t turn back the political situation.
