黄白灵口服液临床治疗作用及机理初探

Preliminary Research on the Clinical Effect and Mechanism of ″HBL″

研究了黄白灵口服液对仔猪黄、白痢的临床疗效及机理．结果表明黄白灵口服液临床治疗仔猪白痢３４８例，治愈率１００％，治疗仔猪黄痢１７９例，治愈率９８．８％，且未见耐药及毒副反应．在此基础上，对其机理进行初步研究，发现用０．３１２５×１０－２浓度的黄白灵口服液，对每毫升９千万个猪大肠杆菌Ｋ８８完全抑制；０．３％黄白灵口服液对离体兔肠肌有一定影响，对兴奋状态下的肠肌有明显的抑制作用，其收缩幅度抑制率２５．１６％，其频率抑制率１６．８６％．对抑制状态下的肠肌，给药后出现短暂的抑制后产生收缩力增强１０％～６０％，频率却减慢２３．６％左右。

L″ is proved to be effectual to the colibacillosis of pigs.The cure rate is 100% (348/348) for pig scour and 98.8% (177/179) for yellow scour.No drug resistant and side effect and toxic effect are observed.The results show:0.3125×10 -2 ″HBL″ could inhibit the growth of E.cli.k88(9×1061ml) completely.0.3% ″HBL″ had some influence on intestinal muscls departed from rabbites.It also has an obvious inhibitory effect on excited intestinal muscls,the inhibitory rate of contract extent is 25% and the inhibitory rate of frequency is 16.86%.For inhibtory states intestinal muscles,the contract power is raised about 10%～60%,and the frequency is slowed down by about 23.6% after a brief inhibtory.These effects could be influenced by acetylcholine and atropinum.
