摘要
针对我国中小企业发展较为滞后的状况,从企业所处的产业生命周期的角度出发,中小企业应该分析自己所在的产业环境,明确产业的生命周期所在的阶段,进而在利用企业本身资源的基础上,依据所在不同的产业阶段采取关键性的企业经营策略,才能更有效地提升中小企业的竞争力。
To deal with their comparatively backward situation, the small and medium enterprises, starting from the perspective of industrial vitality cycle that they are in, should analyze their industrial environment, make sure of their position in the cycle, and adopt some critical management strategies in accordance with different industrial stages on the basis of utilizing resources of their own so as to effectively promote their competitiveness.
