害获灭（Ivomec）驱除犬体部分内、外寄生虫疗效观察

The Observation of Curative Effect of Ivomec on the Treatment of Some Internal and External Parasitosis in the Bitch

从市场购回土种犬２０只，通过寄生虫常规检查，确诊为分别自然感染了犬钩虫、蛔虫、绦虫和体表寄生虫．根据犬所感染寄生虫的种类，分成５个组，用不同剂量的害获灭（Ｉｖｏｍｅｃ）进行疗效试验，筛选出适宜于驱除犬体内部分线虫和体表寄生虫混合感染或单纯性体表寄生虫感染的有效剂量——１０００μｇ／ｋｇ．并用于临床治疗，共治愈病犬１７００只，驱虫（杀）率均达１００％．

According to the parasito logical routine test,twenty native dogs obtained from the market were diagnosed to have been infested with hookworm,round worm,tape worm and external parasites,respectively,and they were divided into 5 goups on the basis of the variety of parasitosis,and then different doses of ivomec were used in a curative experiment to determine the effective dose which was suitable for the treatment of mixed infestation (some nematodiasis and external parasitosis) and simple infestation of external parasitosis.The result showed that the effective dose of ivomec was 1000μg′ per kg,body weight,and then ivomec was used in clinical practice and 1,700 diseased dogs were cured,the cure rate was 100%.
