普通高校毕业生正面临供需矛盾、结构性错位等引起的就业难的局面。重视落实高校党政领导亲自抓毕业生就业的“一把手工程”,加强对毕业生就业观念的教育和指导,加快学科和专业调整步伐是各高校促进毕业生就业工程的主要任务。

Graduates from universities and colleges are facing contradictions between supply and demand and difficulties in employment caused by structural misplacement. The main tasks of universities and colleges in promoting employment project of graduates include implementing the project of top leaders of the Party and administration taking charge of the work of graduate employment, strengthening education and guidance of graduates＇ views on employment and accelerating the speed of readjusting disciplines and specialties of universities.
