摘要
民族地区院校如何尽快制定出既适应社会发展需要,又符合工商管理教育规律的改革思路和发展战略,缩小工商管理本科人才供给与社会需求之间的差距,已成为摆在这些院校工商管理教育工作者面前亟待解决的问题。这需要从培养目标、培养过程、培养模式、课程设置、教学手段与方法、实践环节、教材建设、师资力量等方面,对工商管理类专业进行改革。
An urgent challenge facing educators of Business Administration of universities and colleges in ethnic regions is to make out reform plans and development strategies which both suit the needs of social development and the law of Business Administration education in order to narrow the gap between the supply and social demand of Business Administration undergraduates. Reforms should be carried out on Business Administration specialty in training objectives, training processes, training modes, curriculum making, teaching methods, practice procedures, teaching material building and teaching body improvement.
