拉萨市农牧区初中“普九”后的新问题及对策

New Problems and Countermeasures of Middle Schools in Agricultural and Pastoral Areas of Lhasa after the "Popularization of Nine-year Compulsory Education"

摘要 拉萨市“普九”任务已经胜利完成。但是县初中学生文化基础差异较大,流失现象较严重,教师队伍非常年轻,管理人才缺乏,学校内部设施简陋。我们必须重视这些“普九”以后出现的新问题。要采取强有力的措施巩固学生人数,坚持分层次办学,加强教学工作的指导,认真培训年轻教师,大力培养后备干部,增加教育经费,落实目标管理,加大教育督查的力度,以使拉萨教育快速健康地发展。 Though the "popularization of nine-year compulsory education" in Lhasa has been successfully accomplished, there still exist problems in county middle schools such as different cultural levels among students, serious brain drains, very young ranks of teachers, lack of management personnel and poor equipment. Importance should be attached to these new problems after the popularization of nine-year compulsory education. Effective measures should be adopted to maintain the number of students, adhere to running school at different levels, strengthen guidance in teaching, train young teachers and carders, increase educational funds, carry out objective management and strengthen supervision over education so as to accelerate the healthy development of education in Lhasa.
