摘要
西藏农牧区教师继续教育,应灵活运用多种方式,以集中培训为点、校本培训为面,以远程培训为引导、教研培训为辅助,以教师为主体,充分发挥网络自主学习的优势。同时,构建良性运行机制,以区域性教师学习与资源中心为支撑,促进教师继续教育网、卫星电视网、计算机互联网的系统集成,使西藏广大农牧区教师继续教育跟上时代发展的步伐。
Various methods should be adopted in accordance with the reality of teachers' further education in agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet such as centralized training, school-based training, long-distance training,and teaching research training. In training, teachers should be taken as the main body and a full play should be given to the advantages of automatic learning on internet. At the same time,healthy operation mechanics should be set up, teachers' learning in different areas should be provided with support for recourse centers, and teachers' further education network, satellite TV network and computer internet should be integrated systematically to help the vast agricultural and pastoral and pastoral areas in Tibet catch up with the development of the time.
