摘要
我国少数民族教育的多样化构建以加强适应性为基础,以提高有效性为目的。少数民族教育的多样化构建主要体现在:教育投入的多样化构建,即以国家投入为主,多种投入渠道共存;教育地域的多样化构建,即农村教育和城市教育并存,并把农村作为少数民族教育发展的重点;教育层次的多样化构建,主要体现在职业教育和普通高中—高等教育上;教育模式的多样化构建,其实现在于双语数学模式的贯彻。
Diversified development of ethnic minority education in our country is based on strengthening adaptability and aims at raising effectiveness. Diversified development of ethnic minority education mainly includes 1 ). diversified patterns of educational investment, in which the state investment makes up the main body and coexists with various channels of investment ; 2). diversified educational areas, that is, rural education and urban education develop side by side, with rural areas as the key in the development of ethnic minority education;3), diversified educational levels of vocational education,senior high school education and higher education;and 4). diversified educational patterns, the realization of which depends on carrying out bilingual education.
