According to concept of education of one＇ s own culture and education of cultures of other nationalities, the writer tries to explain the internal structure and effective operation system of crosscultural education, different roles of various educational patterns in cultural backgrounds, and the significance of education in not only inheriting and developing one＇ s own culture but also understanding and adapting to cultures of other nationalities.
