摘要
本文首先介绍了美国、欧洲、日本向个人通信发展的３种不同技术走向，然后介绍了ＣＤＭＡ蜂窝系统的优点，ＣＤＭＡ系统的商用情况，并对其过渡策略和工程设计进行了分析。
The article first points out three different approaches of the United States,Europe and Japan to personal communications .Then itpresents the advantages of the CDMA cellular systems over other systems using different techniques,and the commercial situations of the CDMAsystems in the world. Transition strategies and some RF engineering issues are also analyzed.
