本文从食品安全的角度出发,介绍了几种快速检测方法,同时,较系统的介绍了利用生物化学、免疫学和分子生物学的技术手段快速检测病原菌的技术和方法。
this text causes the angle of food security, several detection methods was introduced,at the same time, we have recommended utilizing the technological means of biochemistry,Immunology and molecular biology to measure the technology and methods of pathogens fast more systematically.
