摘要
半导体激光器(LD)由于廉价和优越的性能已被广泛地运用于光通讯、医药、精细加工等领域,但其光束质量差极大地影响了LD的运用。介绍了一种基于按需滴定法制备的椭圆微透镜来对LD光束进行整形的方案。与LD和光纤直接耦合相比,可以有效地提高耦合效率。这种椭圆微透镜是利用有机胶体在表面张力的作用下形成所需形状,再利用表面张力进行高温下自修复,实验所得椭圆微透镜的相关参数值与理论值比较接近。与其他椭圆透镜的成形方法相比,这种方法成本低,工艺过程简单,是真正的一步成形。
Because of it's low cost and perfect performance the laser diode (LD) has been widely used in communication, medicament and precision machining etc. But the poor beams greatly influence the application. A method of using hemi-elliptical microlenses to shape the LD beam is presented. Compared with direct coupling of the LD and fiber, this method improves the coupling rate effectively. The hemi-elliptical microlenses were formed by the surface tension of the polymer solution and then self-assembly in the high temperature. The parameters are gotten in the experiments exactly approach to the theory. This method is of low cost, simple, and there is no any physical and chemical post treatment needed. Further more, it is truly one-step-forming.
