摘要
本文从“边疆教育”概念的提出、边疆教育政策的内容、边疆教育政策的施行等三个方面对民国政府的边疆教育政策进了概要探讨。认为“边疆教育”从政策层面上言是在1935年提出的,由此引发了民国政府边疆教育政策的系列变化,并制定了特殊的政策,设置了特殊的管理机构,进而对边疆教育的发展起到了一定促进作用。
This paper makes a general discussion on the borderland education policy of the National Government from the following three aspects, namely the concept of 'borderland education', and its contents as well as implementation. It thinks that 'borderland education' as a policy was put forward in 1935 and thereout led to a serial changes of borderland education of the National Government. The government made a special policy and established a special administrative organization. All these played certain role in the development of borderland education.
