本文介绍了局域网的一般概念及所用的传输媒体,叙述了局域网数据传输电缆的分类和技术要求,5类电缆的结构、生产工艺和应用前景.
This article presents the general concepts of LAN and the transmission media used in it. It mainly describes the types and specifications of the data transmission cables for LAN. The structure, process and future prospect of category 5 cables for LAN are also given.
