Pedagogical Reform of the Course of Civil Law Taken by Law Majors in Junior Colleges

高职法律专业民法学课程教学如何体现高职特色,是一个需要认真探讨和研究的问题。本文通过对高职法律教育人才培养目标进行研究,结合高职教育的特点,探究民法学课程教学中存在的主要问题及原因,并针对上述问题,提出了教学改革建议。

How to feature higher vocational education in teaching civil law course to Law majors is what we need to think about and do some research on. This article first discusses legal talent fostering objective of higher vocational education, and then, with consideration of the features of higher vocational education, probes into problems arising from our current practice of civil law teaching, analyses causes for them and comes up with some suggestions about teaching reform in this respect.
