Details of the Supplement II to ＂the Closer Economic Partnership Ar rangement {CEPA） between Hong Kong and the Mainland has been announced. The updated document extends tariff-free access to the Mainland for all Hong Kong origin products and liberalization in existing CEPA service sectors.
