Design of Networked Service System for Rapid Development of Ceramic Products

应用快速原形制造(RPM)技术可以提高陶瓷企业的新产品快速开发速度,但由于技术和成本问题,中小企业独立建设RPM系统显得不现实。因此,建设专业化的RPM网络服务系统,为中小陶瓷企业服务具有一定的必要性和可行性。文章提出了RPM网络服务系统的结构组成,论述其工作流程和关键模块的设计方法。

It can support both rapidity and ability for the new product development of ceramic enterprises using RPM （rapid prototyping manufacturing） technology. In view of technology and cost, it is diseconomy that small and medium ceramic enterprises build RPM system solely. It is necessary and feasible to develop specialization in RPM networked service system, supporting for the new product development of small and medium ceramics enterprises. A configuration of RPM networked service system was presented in this paper. The working flow and key module of networked service system design were described in detail.
