Study about the Motion Forming Theory of Ultrasonic Progressive Wave Motor

分析了椭圆运动的作用及其影响因素．论证了弯曲振动行波形成的条件．通过理论研究证明，弯曲振动行波可以生成椭圆运动，而单个激励的弯曲振动驻波不能生成椭圆运动。

The function and influential factors of elliptical motion were analyzed in this paper. The forming conditions of fie-cural progressive wave were also proved.Through theoreticalstudying,it was verified that the flexural progressive wave can form the elliptical motion,but thesingle-excited flexural standing wave can not.
