摘要
扼要介绍了一种测试晶体折射率的有效方法──激光干涉法.并用这种方法分别测试了EI12SiO20、Bi4Ge3O12、Bil2GeO20、LiNbO3晶体和熔融石英的折射率.测试结果表明,这种方法具有简便、稳定可靠、测试范围广和精度高等优点.
An effective measuring method of crystal refractivities──laser interferencemethod is briefly introduced in this paper.Using this method,the refractivities of crystalsBi12SiO20,Bi4Ge3O12,Bi12 GeO20, LiNbO3 and fused quartz were measured.The measured resultsshow that the method is simple,reliable,and has wide measuring range and high accuracy.
