摘要
近年来,各地政府在政治层面的创新屡见不鲜。其中,对干部考核进行改革占了相当比重:考核的内容日渐广泛,方式也不断翻新。各地在这方面的探索精神无疑是值得鼓励的。但是,如何在法律体系的框架内更好地创新,恐怕是个亟待解决的大问题。
We used to inspect cadre with an eye to their work. Today, we focus not only on their work but also on their daily and social life. Through their daily life, we can see their Self-cultivation and family life, while we see their social relations through social life. Extension to the private sphere is doubtlessly a positive exploration. But the real chal- lenge lies in innovations within the framework of legal system.
