扶正解毒颗粒抗镍暴露肝损伤31例临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment with Fuzheng Jiedu Granule in 31 Cases of Hepatic Injury Induced by Nickel Exposure

目的:研究扶正解毒颗粒抗镍暴露肝损伤的临床疗效及其对血镍、肝功能、血象、心电图、B 超、X 线的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例采用扶正解毒颗粒合用门冬氨酸钾镁、促肝细胞生长素治疗;对照组29例仅用门冬氨酸钾镁、促肝细胞生长素治疗,疗程均为4周。观察血清镍、肝功能及血象、心电图等变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效、降镍作用、肝功能、异常血象、X 线、B 超及心电图的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论:扶正解毒颗粒具有显著抗镍暴露肝损伤的作用。

To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Granule（FJG） on hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure, and effects on serum nickel content,liver functions, blood cell,electrocardiogram,and findings of B-ultrasonography and X-ray. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （n =31 ） and control group （n = 29）. The treatment group were treated with FJG combined with potassium-magnesium aspartate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor,and the control group only with potassium-magnesium aspartate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor. All of them were treated for 4 weeks. Changes of above indexes were investigated. Results： The treatment group was superior to the control group in the therapeutic effect on symptoms and signs,and in the improvement of the above indexes（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：FJG plays a significant role in antagonizing hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure.
