新加钩藤片治疗高血压、逆转左室肥厚临床研究

Clinical Study on Xinjia Gouteng Tablet for Treatment of Hypertesion and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

目的:观察新加钩藤片对原发性1、2级高血压及合并左室肥厚患者的疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组(用新加钩藤片治疗)48例和对照组(用复方罗布麻片治疗)20例作比较研究,观察其对高血压及左室肥厚的影响。结果:治疗组降压总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),左室肥厚较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:新加钩藤片有良好的降压及改善左室肥厚作用。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of Xinjia Gouteng Tablet on primary hypertension grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ and complicated left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods： 68 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group（n= 48） treated with Xinjia Gouteng Tablet ,and a control group（n=20） treated with compound Kendir Leaves Tablets. The effects on hypertesion and left ventricular hypertrophy were investigated. Results： The treatment group in the total effective rate of decreasing blood pressure was significantly superior to the control group （P〈0.05）, with significant improvement of left ventricular hypertrophy as compared with that before treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xinjia Gouteng Tablet plays good role in decreasing blood pressure and improving left ventricular hypertrophy.
