摘要
对微型VPSA制氧反吹流程进行了实验研究,探讨了反吹气量、节流阻力、产品气量对产品气纯度的影响规律。结果表明:有反吹流程的VPSA流程制氧效果明显优于无反吹流程;恒压反吹流程的制氧效果优于增压反吹流程。相同条件下,随着反吹气量的增加,产品气纯度先增加后减小,存在一个最佳值;节流阻力越小,产品气中氧气体积分数越高,对应的最佳反吹气量和最佳反吹比越大;VPSA流程的最佳反吹气量和最佳反吹比远远小于PSA流程。
The miniature VPSA purge-to-product process was studied by experiments and the effects of operating parameters, such as purge-to-product, resistance of throttle, product flow rate on the product purity were investigated. The experimental results show that the effect of process with purge-to-product is better than that of process without purge-to-product and the effect of the process in which the purge-to-product was in invariable pressure is better than that in variable pressure. In same conditions, with the increase of purge-to-product, the product purity increases firstly and then decreases, so that gets a optimum; with the decrease of throttle resistance, the product purity increases, the optimal purge-to-product and optimal purge-to-product ratio decrease ; the optimal purge-to-product and the optimal purge-to-product ratio of VPSA process are much smaller than those of PSA process.
