关于少数民族音乐教育中复合型架构模式的若干思考

On the Compound Model in Ethnic Music Education

少数民族音乐教育的属性是“复合性”。在人才培养、教师队伍建设等方面应按照复合型架构模式进行建设。即以汉族音乐教育为基础,少数民族音乐教育为特色,并借鉴西方音乐教育的建构模式,使少数民族专业音乐教育在多成分、多层次平衡发展的基础上,力求双向发展的最大值———向民族纵深和现代化尖端的两极扩展。

Ethnic Music education belongs to a “ compound model”. Therefore, the talent fostering, the construction of team of teachers must follow this model, namely, taking western music education as reference, taking the content of music education of Han nationality as the basis, and taking the content of ethnic music as the feature and constructing a combination of traditional music education and ethnic music education with modern music education. It is highly harmonious based on a balanced development of multi-components and multi-levels, ethnic music education should expand to the two top ends： nationalized and modernized.
