摘要
农业生态经济技术机制的基本内涵是通过采用生态技术来实现在业经济发展与生态环境保护相协调。生态技术是根据生态学、生态经济学的基本原理和生产实践的经验发展起来的协调经济发展与生态环境保护的一种实用技术，是生态农业替代石油农业的技术保证。它的产生具有历史的必然性。
