复合型日语人才培养模式研究——兼论宁波大学之做法

Upon the Cultivation of Japanese Talents with Integrated Skills

文章分析了目前社会对日语人才的需求情况。国内的日语专业人才培养模式已经从单一的日语语言文学发展到“日语+经贸”、“日语+其他语种”、“日语+经贸+其他二门外语”的国际化、多元化、复合型的培养模式。宁波大学2004版日语专业本科生培养方案中也规定了日语语言文学、经贸日语、翻译三个模块,外语学院又向全校开放了辅修课程群及部分辅修专业课程,正在培养能跨文化交际的、懂得几门外语及某种专业的复合型人才。

The paper, based on an analysis of the current requirements for a Japanese talent, presents the domestic globalized and pluralistic approaches toward cultivating Japanese talents majored in Japanese language and literature to be integrated with international business, other foreign languages, to meet the needs of social, economic development, and foreign trade. The 2004＇ s Japanese major undergraduate cultivating scheme of Ningbo University covered three course systems of Japanese language and literature, international business Japanese, and translation, with minor courses open to the whole university, to cultivate cross-cultural and multi-linguistic talents majoring in other specialties.
