湖南省企业技能人才特点分析与发展对策

Analysis on Characteristics of Skilled Talents in Hu'nan Enterprises and Developing Countermeasures

摘要 湖南省企业高技能人才数量还很少,技能人才文化层次普遍偏低,技能人才年龄多数在35岁左右,以男性技能人才居多,省内各地区企业技能人才的发展也存在不平衡性。与观念及体制相关的因素是制约技能人才发展的两大方面原因。协调好社会各要素关系、扭转观念、加强技能人才的职业培训是发展企业高技能人才的重要举措。 Hu'nan province has very small number of high-skilled talents, and its skill talents are generally of low culture. Major skilled talents are at the age of 35 or so, and mostly are males. The devolopment of skilled talents in various areas is unbalanced. Factors in relative with concepts and systems are two primary reasons restraining the development of skilled talents. Harmonizing the relationship among various social factors, converting old concepts and strengthening professional training are three important measures to the development of high-skilled talents in enterprises.
