高职院校实行产学研结合的途径

Approaches of Integrating Production,Learning and Research in Vocational Colleges

产学研结合是高职院校培养人才的重要途径。其主要做法包括:以就业为导向,成立专业管理委员会;实行校内实践基地教学、科研、生产、培训"四位一体"的人才培养模式;实施"双证书"教育,搭建校企连接的桥梁;建立校外实习基地,密切与用人单位的联系。

It＇s an important approach to train persons through integrating production,learning and research in vocational colleges.There are some major methods to touch it, for example,taking employment as orientation and constituting a professional committee to harmonize the relationship of specialty provision and market demand, cultivating targets and demanding standards; coordinating skill traning with posts demand by the training mode which combines practice-base education,research,production and training; implementing double-certificate education to bulid up a bridge betwwen colleges and enterprises; and setting up closer relationship with enterprises by establishing pratice base and employment base outside colleges.
