摘要
教育理念、认知心理学和组织文化等对培训教育的影响是深层的、潜移默化的,在实地调研和对学习类型及学习焦点分析的基础上制定出的教学策略,对培训教育成败的影响则更为直接和易见成效。以建构主义的M L学习理论、TfU和CLEs教学设计理论为指导,制定可激发的话题、问题或项目,运用丰富的学习资源,鼓励深层的理解与沟通,实行进行式评估方式,最终使培训学员和教师发展理念或制订解决问题的方案,是一套明晰的、有中国特色的在职人员培训教学策略。
Making teaching tactics, by taking investigation and analysis on learning types and focuses, have direct influence to training results. Under the guidance of ML learning theory, TfU and CLEs model of constructionism, this article illustrates a set of explicit teaching tactics of execative employees training, by making stimulatible topics, questions and projects, utilizing abundant learning resources, encouraging deep communication and understanding, and finally making learners and teachers develop new concepts and setting programs to solve problems.It's a dear teaching tactics with Chinese charactercstics.
