社区教育的价值定位是创建"学习型"社区和促进"社区人"的全面发展,社区教育理念已从过去的侧重教育转向现在的侧重学习,终身学习应成为社区教育新的研究取向,而社区科学发展则成为社区教育新的动态视域。社区教育内容的选择应根据产业结构、市民价值观"、社区人"需求和区域性特征等方面,而且必须强调以人文与科学的整合为目标整合教育资源。
