摘要
目的:研究毛草龙的化学成分.方法:用色谱法和波谱法对毛草龙的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定.新鲜全草95%乙醇提取物依次用环己烷、醋酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,用硅胶等柱色谱分离.结果:从毛草龙全草中分离、鉴定了13个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1),齐墩果酸(2),2α-羟基熊果酸(3),委陵菜酸(4),胡萝卜苷(5),麦芽酚(6),木犀草素(7),槲皮素(8),芹菜素(9),短叶苏木酚酸甲酯(10),没食子酸(11),3,4,8,9,10-五羟基二苯并[b,d]吡喃-6-酮(12)和鞣花酸(13).结论:化合物3,4,6~13均为首次从该植物分离得到,化合物3,4,6,10,12均为首次从该属植物分离得到.
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the herb of Ludwigia ocovalvis. Method: Chemical constituents were isolated by the repeated silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Thirteen compounds were obtained and determined as follows: β-sitosterol ( 1 ), oleanolic acid (2), 2α-hydroxy ursolic acid (3), tormentic acid (4), daucosterol (5), maltol (6), luteolin (7), quercetin (8), apigenin (9), methyl brevifolincarboxylate (10), gallic acid (11), 3, 4, 8, 9, 10-pentahydroxydibenzo[b, d]pyran-6-one (12), and ellagic acid (13). Coneluslon: Compounds 3, 4, 6-13 were isolated from the plant for the first time. And compounds 3, 4, 6, 10, 12 were obtained from the genus for the first time.
